Professional Services Engineer (d/f/m)

What you will do

• Design secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, including headless and third-party integrations.
• Write production code, scripts, and custom tooling for data migration, automation, and system integration.
• Build and deploy applications combining business logic, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and user-facing interfaces.
• Partner with Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to scope requirements and estimate delivery effort.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, and users to understand challenges and co-develop solutions.
• Contribute reusable frameworks, integration patterns, and engineering best practices across customer accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical delivery role such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Customer Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in building full-stack applications with TypeScript and Node.js or comparable technologies.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for querying, data transformation, and migration scripts.
• Ability to debug complex issues across data, API, and application layers while managing multiple client deliverables.
