What you will do

• Design end-to-end, mobile-first experiences across hirify.global’s digital channels.
• Conduct discovery, research, ideation, prototyphirify.global, usability testhirify.global, and delivery.
• Create interaction designs, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineerhirify.global, Brand, and Design specialists.
• Advocate for human-centred design, accessibility, and consistent use of the global design system.
• Present insights, design rationale, and user needs in critiques and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrathirify.global Product, UX, UI, and Service Design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframhirify.global, prototyphirify.global, and modern design tools.
• Data-informed, curious approach with the ability to turn insights into design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments.
• Passion for creathirify.global simple, impactful mobile-first customer experiences.
