What you will do
- Design end-to-end, mobile-first experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from discovery and research through ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery.
- Develop interaction designs, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for simple and intuitive digital banking experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Design specialists in cross-functional agile teams.
- Advocate for human-centred design, accessibility best practices, and consistent use of the global design system.
- Communicate user insights, design rationale, and customer needs through stakeholder discussions, critiques, and agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Product, UX, UI, and Service Design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and modern design tools.
- Data-informed, curious approach with the ability to translate insights into design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments.
