What you will do
- Design, build, operate, and maintain secure, reliable, testable backend systems.
- Develop and support multiple backend services for the Merchant Super App and Portal.
- Apply architectural patterns and infrastructure best practices while monitoring system health after deployment.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from design to rollout.
- Identify workflow and engineering process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous learning across the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional programming experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and Go.
- Experience with microservices, databases, caching, message queues, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience with Git.
- Experience with generative AI, AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
