Digital Project Manager (Databricks)

What you will do

• Set priorities and drive the strategy and roadmap for a small internal digital product.
• Translate customer needs into user stories, personas, user journeys, and user flows.
• Extract daily insights from TikTok seller centre data and recommend decisions to improve funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize the product backlog.
• Make data-driven decisions in complex, multivariable environments.
• Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove product concepts.

Requirements

• End-to-end understanding of digital commerce and its relationship to sales fundamentals.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok seller centre portal data and the metrics driving TikTok GMV across the funnel.
• Data engineering skills in Databricks, web scraping, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with API implementation and project management using SCRUM.
• Applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles and diverse professional experience.
• Ability to navigate stakeholder needs, co-create business solutions, and contribute to teamwork and development of others.

Nice to have

• UI/UX experience.
• Power BI experience.
