What you will do

• Lead customer consultations and guide clients from design inspiration through final purchase.
• Create cabinetry, kitchen, bath, furniture, and full-room design solutions tailored to space, style, and budget.
• Build 2D/3D room visualizations, mood boards, presentations, and complex custom quotes using design software.
• Use hirify.global’s digital catalog, proprietary tools, POS systems, and inventory platforms to compare products and support purchasing decisions.
• Develop customer relationships, follow up on leads, build project pipelines, and close premium design sales.
• Support store operations, including displays, replenishment, customer service, and maintaining an organized design environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in interior, architectural, or graphic design.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally with higher-priced products or in a design-related retail environment.
• Experience with 2020 Design software is required; a technical foundation in kitchen and bath design is essential.
• Comfort using design tools, POS systems, inventory platforms, Salesforce, and other technical software.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, spatial-thinking, and consultative selling skills.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 50 pounds.
