Senior Interior Designer - AllModern (Retail)

Location: Lynnfield, Massachusetts, United States; physical retail in-store role

Salary: USD 27.50–29.00 per hour, plus substantial quarterly bonuses.

hirify.global is an e-commerce company focused on home furnishings and operates the AllModern retail store.

What you will do

• Provide friendly, customer-focused design and sales support for home furnishings purchases.
• Manage virtual, in-store, and in-home design appointments, including preparation of design deliverables, product curation, and follow-up.
• Create moodboards, space plans, and 2D/3D room views using design software and applications.
• Coach and support Design Sales Advisors and help train the Design team on products, selling, customer service, operations, and visual presentation.
• Support store operations, including opening or closing shifts, keyholder responsibilities, floor sets, replenishment, and product substitutions.
• Meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and other established KPI targets.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel for in-home consultations. A personal vehicle may require state-issued auto liability insurance or proof of financial responsibility and a state-issued driver's license.
• 3+ years of sales experience; interior design, furniture, or home goods experience is preferred.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals, preferably in a store leadership or training role.
• Understanding of spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles, and trends, along with strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Technical ability to learn required software; Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college diploma.
• Experience in interior design, furniture, or home goods.
