Warehouse Transportation Associate

Location: Perris, California, United States; onsite warehouse role. Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Salary: $24.50–$26.50 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differentials, referral bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,600.

What you will do

• Inspect truckload loading quality, utilization, load securement, and packaging damage across trailers and dock areas.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams, leads, supervisors, and other site locations to improve loading practices and operational outcomes.
• Communicate with truckload and small parcel carriers to manage schedules, on-time pickups, and delivery performance.
• Update the Manhattan Transportation Management System with truckload movements, milestones, and reports.
• Maintain consistent attendance and use thumb clocks to support in-person facility operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or transportation; dispatching or trailer-loading experience is advantageous.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System such as Manhattan, Oracle, or JDA.
• Ability to work on a warehouse floor for 8 or more hours per day in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds independently and maneuver products up to 150 pounds with a team lift.
• Ability to inspect trailers physically, including climbing stepladders, and read and comprehend English for safety.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to build collaborative relationships with managers and operational teams.

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in dispatching or trailer loading.
