What you will do

• Define and execute the consumer marketing strategy.
• Lead customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives across the full marketing funnel.
• Design, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns and programs.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, differentiation, and consumer value.
• Manage agencies and strategic partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with business goals.
• Drive measurable growth, campaign efficiency, and return on marketing investment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns, digital media investments, and growth metrics.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics, performance measurement, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience developing brand positioning and brand equity strategies.
• Fluent English with professional proficiency is required for collaboration with regional and global teams.
