Industrial Pipefitter (AI Data Centers)

Location: Southaven, Mississippi; Memphis, Tennessee. Full-time onsite work with extensive travel to data center construction sites and onsite presence during peak construction phases.

What you will do

• Install large-bore process, mechanical, utility, and related industrial piping according to drawings and specifications.
• Fit, align, and prepare flanged, grooved, threaded, and welded joints for installation and welding.
• Install valves, fittings, hangers, supports, strut, anchors, and pipe racks.
• Read isometric, spool, arrangement, and P&ID drawings; identify routing issues and drawing conflicts.
• Support hydrostatic, pneumatic, and service tests, including test packs, line walks, leak repairs, and system turnover.
• Assist with pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, skids, material staging, work-area cleanup, punch-list work, and construction-site safety.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of large industrial or commercial piping installation experience, a recognized pipefitter apprenticeship, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with large-bore welded industrial piping, equipment connections, hangers, and supports.
• Ability to use pipefitting hand tools, power tools, bevelers, and material-handling equipment safely.
• Ability to work at heights, outdoors, on changing construction sites, and in industrial environments; climb ladders, lift and position moderate loads, and stand or walk for a full shift.
• Ability to travel extensively and remain onsite at data center construction sites during peak construction phases.
• Ability to follow LOTO, PPE, permit, hot-work, and other site safety procedures.

Nice to have

• UA, NCCER, or equivalent pipefitter credential.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent training.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Experience on data center, industrial, or heavy-civil construction sites.
• Familiarity with hydrotesting and flange-management practices.
