Project Architect (Civic + Cultural)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid

Base salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, plus potential annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and execute project documentation and contract administration across all project phases.
• Direct technical delivery from concept design through construction with multidisciplinary designers and engineers.
• Coordinate with Project Designers and Project Managers to develop design visions into precise project documentation.
• Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Conduct quality control reviews and research products, materials, and construction methods.
• Lead construction administration, maintain design intent on-site, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
• Active architecture license in California.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Hybrid work in Irvine, California, United States.
