Contracts Administrator (Renewable Energy)

Location: Avon, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $68,684–$99,593 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the contracts-related point of contact for high-value customer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate customer contracts and exhibits during the bid phase with estimating, engineering, operations, and in-house legal teams.
• Support contract negotiations and maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders through contract execution.
• Track contract and exhibit status and ensure alignment between negotiation teams and customers.
• Analyze contract terms for risks, scope gaps, and alignment issues before execution.
• Administer contract compliance during project execution and closeout.

Requirements

• Related bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or exposure to contracting.
• Ability to negotiate, write, and interpret contracts.
• Construction industry experience.
• Renewable energy industry experience.
• Work is based in Avon, Minnesota, United States.
