SMM / Content Specialist

Location: Worldwide; fully remote

Salary: EUR 1,300–1,750 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands and projects.
• Create weekly and monthly content plans, captions, posts, scripts, stories, and short-form video concepts.
• Adapt content and tone of voice for different brands, audiences, and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, performance marketing, and marketing teams.
• Manage social media channels, publishing workflows, community communication, and campaign ideation.
• Monitor trends, competitors, engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and audience growth to improve content performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SMM experience with successful case studies and a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated measurable results from previous social media projects.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to independently create high-quality social media content.
• Experience developing content strategies and content plans.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels, Stories, Shorts, and other short-form formats.
• English level: Intermediate+ or above.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce, UGC, influencer marketing, or working with international brands and markets.
• Ability to shoot or edit basic short-form video content.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, and production while maintaining editorial quality.
