Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Universal City, California, United States

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Identify high-value business use cases for agentic AI products, deployment, tool adoption, and infrastructure architecture.
• Build and ship end-to-end agentic solutions, including conversational agents, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and structured reasoning.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scoped product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Partner with business and client-facing teams to co-develop solutions that can be customized, maintained, and operated after deployment.
• Measure adoption, output quality, user journeys, time-to-insight, and other product KPIs to optimize business outcomes.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, monitor production accuracy, iterate prompts, and present documentation, demos, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product development or a closely related field.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, tool use, agent orchestration, NLP, machine learning, and big data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, enterprise data architectures, systems integration, data governance, and security compliance.
• Experience with AI platforms, cloud services, analytics tools, and Python, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication, collaboration, requirements definition, SDLC, iteration planning, user story writing, and rollout management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-agent systems, complex LLM orchestration pipelines, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to build end-to-end prototypes from data pipelines through user-facing interfaces.
• Experience with ERP systems, media, commerce, enablement, or enterprise operations.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool-use frameworks and embedded solutions engineering.
