Manager, Analytics (Integrity)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office collaboration three times per week in New York, Los Angeles, or Dallas, United States

Salary: $145,000–$210,000 annually, with city-specific geographic adjustments.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, hire, and develop a team of three data scientists supporting the Integrity organization.
• Partner with product leaders across Safety Products, Account Integrity, Anti-Abuse, and Moderation & Ops.
• Shape product roadmaps by sizing opportunities, testing hypotheses, and defining measurable success criteria.
• Lead investigations into abuse-pattern shifts, enforcement anomalies, and regressions in member experience.
• Build measurement frameworks covering prevalence, enforcement precision and recall, appeals, reversals, moderation throughput, and quality.
• Guide experimentation and causal measurement for enforcement, verification, and moderation-policy changes, then communicate recommendations to Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, including 2+ years managing data scientists or analysts.
• Expert-level SQL and strong working knowledge of Python or R.
• Deep experience with experimentation, causal inference, large event-level datasets, and analytics or business intelligence tools such as Databricks, Tableau, or Mode.
• Knowledge of classifier evaluation, including precision, recall, threshold selection, and false-positive/false-negative trade-offs.
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud, risk, content moderation, or another domain involving sensitive or adversarial behavior, plus strong cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with global online safety or age-assurance regulations and reporting obligations.
• Experience partnering with machine learning teams on detection or ranking models.
• Experience building or adopting AI-assisted analytics workflows.
