What you will do

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through contract signing and first transaction activation.
• Develop and close international deals in payments, crypto processing, and related fintech sectors.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and professional networks.
• Manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different markets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting, and forecasts while improving and scaling sales processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager, SDR Specialist, Business Development Representative, or in a similar sales role.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto, Forex, ecommerce, IT, or related industries.
• Experience working with international clients across different markets.
• Ability to manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, reporting, and sales process optimization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
