Staff Product Manager, Search Experiences (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search features in Firefox Desktop across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Lead experimentation across browser search access points, default search experiences, and search suggestions.
• Define success metrics with Data Science and use product analytics insights to guide decisions.
• Partner with Business Development on search partnerships and contractual and strategic commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and launch innovative search experiences.
• Balance user experience, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes while contributing to quarterly and annual planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue-impacting and user-facing products.
• Experience with search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their product implications.
• Experience leading experimentation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
