What you will do
- Oversee the Failure Analysis Lab and/or Complaint Handling team at the Juarez site.
- Maintain complaint-handling quality processes, procedures, and controls in line with company procedures and global regulations.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry in the global complaint-handling system.
- Monitor system activities to identify human-error risks that could cause complaint delays or late regulatory reporting.
- Collect system issues, coordinate resolutions with system administrators, and communicate updates to global users.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reports and chair monthly metrics review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in Quality.
- Experience working internationally and leading multi-regional project teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, both oral and written.
