Security Service Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Manage and enhance DLP and CASB security service capabilities under the guidance of senior service managers.
• Maintain service health monitoring, governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness processes.
• Lead continuous-improvement working groups and support projects that close service gaps or introduce new security technologies.
• Build relationships with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and internal and external partners.
• Prepare business cases and presentations, monitor the threat environment, and contribute to security service planning.
• Analyze information-security trends, benchmark external organizations, and communicate risks, vulnerabilities, and security posture.

Requirements

• Experience in information security, cybersecurity management, or a related technology discipline, with a focus on DLP and CASB capabilities.
• Practical experience managing or governing key security controls and a strong understanding of cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security or a related discipline.
• Solution-delivery mindset and ability to collaborate across team boundaries and with senior stakeholders.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• CISSP, GCIH, GMON, or a similar certification.
