Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager (Remote Global Reliability Network Lead)

Location: Puerto Rico — Remote; occasional on-site presence at the nearest hirify.global operation site may be requested based on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead the Global Reliability Network of site reliability engineers, maintenance leaders, system owners, and technical subject-matter experts.
• Develop reliability strategies, maturity plans, governance recommendations, and cross-site knowledge-sharing practices.
• Analyze CMMS, Asset Performance Monitoring, PlantPulse, predictive-maintenance, and site data to identify failures, high-risk assets, downtime drivers, and bad actors.
• Convert reliability insights into corrective actions, equipment improvements, maintenance optimization, spare-parts strategies, and capital recommendations.
• Define risk-based asset criticality and standardize maintenance strategies using failure modes, operating context, and performance history.
• Own business requirements and adoption for PlantPulse and asset performance tools in partnership with SAP EAM, Technology/IS, engineering teams, and reliability specialists.

Requirements

• Engineering industry experience ranging from 2 years with a doctorate to 12 years with a high school diploma/GED, according to education level.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, asset management, manufacturing operations, or engineering digital transformation.
• Knowledge of CMMS/EAM and asset performance monitoring systems such as SAP or Maximo.
• Working knowledge of asset criticality, RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, PM optimization, predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and reliability KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in site, multi-site, or global environments, with strong stakeholder, communication, network, and change leadership skills.
• Fluent English proficiency is required, and availability to commute to the nearest hirify.global operation site may be required for meetings, training, operational support, or business-critical activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience in regulated biopharmaceutical, GMP, GxP, laboratory, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000, ISO 14224, SMRP, Uptime Elements, or similar frameworks.
• Certifications such as CMRP, CRL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or asset management certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, smart sensors, AI-enabled analytics, business cases, and lifecycle asset management.
