Pharmacy Technician (Accredo)

Location: Onsite in Newark, Delaware, United States; Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. ET

Salary: $18–$27 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location; annual bonus plan eligibility anticipated

What you will do

• Select and retrieve appropriate medication quantities and prepare matching prescription labels.
• Verify and print prescriptions while supporting accurate, timely medication fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to meet pharmacy quality goals.
• Pick up medications, assist on the packing line, and support prescription shipping.
• Provide administrative and operational pharmacy support while following corporate and regulatory procedures.
• Complete training and work closely with pharmacy and support teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and work near machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• At least one year of relevant pharmacy technician experience.
