What you will do
- Manage and complete the 13 Milestones of Construction specified in JDE.
- Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate construction activities across designated communities and communicate with customers, management, and personnel.
- Control cost overruns and manage construction budgets.
- Use DRH Construction applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to four years of related experience.
- Knowledge of all phases of new home construction, municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes.
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies; willingness to drive between designated communities during daytime and nighttime.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to weather, mechanical parts, heights, electrical hazards, and loud noise.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
