Production Specialist - Probe/Test (2nd Shift)

Location: Onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. Second shift, Monday-Friday, 2:45pm-11:15pm, with flexibility to move to a compressed A, B, C, or D shift that may include weekends.

Hourly pay: $19-$23 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Operate various handlers and testers on the semiconductor Test floor.
• Complete production lots using COMETS, SPTRs, and emailed instructions.
• Read, understand, and follow written and verbal equipment specifications.
• Identify equipment or process conditions outside specified limits and communicate issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good computer, math, reading comprehension, and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal directions and prioritize multiple demands.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to wear a smock coat, hair net, face mask, nitrile gloves, PPE, and an ESD strap for up to 7 hours per shift.
• Ability to stand for 95% of the shift, walk for 90%, carry and lift 6 pounds, and push or pull handlers weighing up to 85 pounds.
