IT Administrator (Fintech)

Location: New York, with work from the NYC office

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary per year, plus meaningful equity

hirify.global is building a sports prediction market that aims to make sports trading fairer and more accessible through a two-sided market.

What you will do

• Manage device provisioning, patching, inventory, and support for a growing team.
• Administer routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and general network security.
• Run audio-visual systems for meetings and events and manage AV vendors.
• Handle user accounts, permissions, backups, system monitoring, and other core sysadmin work.
• Support HVAC system and vendor management.
• Partner with security on endpoint protection, access controls, policies, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the NYC office.
• Experience managing devices, networks, systems, user accounts, permissions, backups, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Ability to provide clear, fast IT support independently.
• Willingness to work potential nights and weekends due to live sports operations.
