Sr. Analyst, Treasury (Digital Assets)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $129,200–$206,700 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Run daily treasury operations across digital assets and traditional payments, covering cash, liquidity, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Execute treasury activities across blockchains, custodians, wallets, banks, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Support stablecoin operations, including minting, redemption, custody transfers, wallet funding, and exception management.
• Own operational controls, audit readiness, issue resolution, runbooks, procedures, and escalation frameworks.
• Lead digital-asset pilots from planning through launch, including governance, testing, vendor diligence, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess opportunities and build scalable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in treasury, payments, fintech, consulting, strategy, or operations with cross-functional project delivery.
• Experience with digital assets, including stablecoins, custody, wallets, blockchain networks, transaction fees, and ecosystem participants.
• Knowledge of liquidity management, settlement, reconciliation, payment regulations, operational controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, process improvement, management reporting, and process documentation.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, ownership, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Experience identifying regulatory risks and developing related controls.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
