Senior Graphic Designer (Gaming)

The product includes motion, dance, fitness, educational, and original gaming experiences, with safety and privacy as core considerations.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Design retail materials including product detail pages, templates, in-store displays, and Amazon assets.
• Lead the visual strategy and asset creation for product launches, including hirify.global Playground, accessories, and merchandise.
• Coordinate with marketing, product teams, creative agencies, and other external partners.
• Manage campaign workflows and end-to-end production to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment.
• Experience leading or producing multi-channel campaigns.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, retail, and product-launch design work.
