LCI Language School provides English language instruction to international students, with a focus on communication, cultural exchange, and personalized learning.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver interactive English lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Design daily lesson plans covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to different student needs and proficiency levels.
• Track attendance, progress, and assessments while providing regular student feedback.
• Build an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
• Collaborate with academic staff and participate in meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• ESL teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of ESL teaching experience, preferably in an academic or language-school setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with international learners of different ages.
