Director, P&T Operations - Incident Management & Risk

What you will do

• Establish and evolve a Product & Technology-wide incident management framework covering standards, roles, severity definitions, escalation, communications, and post-incident follow-through.
• Strengthen security incident and vulnerability operations, including intake, prioritization, ownership, remediation tracking, escalation, and reporting.
• Build an integrated leadership view of technology and operational risks across responsible AI, security, identity and access, data protection, supply-chain risk, compliance, and resilience.
• Define metrics and executive reporting that communicate incident health, vulnerability exposure, remediation progress, risk trends, and required decisions.
• Drive cross-functional accountability and continuous improvement across Engineering, Security, Product, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership.
• Set the operating model for incident management and technology risk operations while developing the function and team.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading incident management, technology operations, security operations, risk programs, or a closely related function in a complex technology organization.
• Experience designing or materially improving incident management processes, communications, reporting, and post-incident follow-through across multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of security incident response and vulnerability management, with the ability to partner effectively with Security and Engineering leadership.
• Experience creating executive-level risk, incident, or operational reporting from complex technical information.
• Experience leading cross-functional change and driving accountability without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication, judgment under pressure, and the ability to build trust across technical, business, legal, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
