Manager, Media Investment

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus incentive pay through RevShare and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead media investment planning and execution across linear TV, OTT/CTV, online video, audio, and display.
• Present investment recommendations and performance updates to clients with Senior Buyers, TVAD, and Client Partners.
• Set up, quality-assure, and optimize media buys across DSPs, research and planning tools, and ad servers.
• Review spend, delivery, reach, CAC/ROAS, viewability, IVT, and other campaign quality metrics.
• Apply incrementality, lift, and marketing mix modeling insights in investment decisions.
• Lead moderately complex cross-account projects that improve media investment processes, partner economics, and QA standards.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of media buying experience in an agency or publisher environment.
• Experience with linear TV, OTT/CTV, digital audio, and/or display.
• Experience leading a small team and balancing hands-on execution with team oversight.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, research and planning tools, and ad servers.
• Knowledge of incrementality testing and cross-channel measurement, including MMM pointers, ghost bidding, or conversion lift.
• Strong organizational, communication, Excel/Sheets, business writing, and presentation skills.
