Senior Associate, Activation Linear Planning (Offline Media)

Location: Rome, Italy. Hybrid work approach with in-office collaboration and events.

Gross annual pay: €25,000–€42,000 EUR.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize complex offline media plans across TV, print, and radio.
• Conduct competitive analysis and turn complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Use advanced media planning tools including Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, and MCS.
• Monitor budgets, prepare analytical reports, and propose corrective actions based on performance.
• Contribute data-driven insights to communication strategies and coordinate execution with creative agencies and media owners.
• Present media plans, analyses, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in media planning, preferably within a media agency, with expertise in offline media.
• Proven knowledge of TV, print, and radio planning.
• Advanced proficiency with Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, and MCS.
• Strong analytical, strategic, project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
