Location: Remote — US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand

What you will do

  • Run complex, multi-step business workflows using AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Document workflows and assess where AI performance meets or falls short of business requirements.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined rubrics and quality criteria.
  • Provide actionable feedback to AI research and product teams.
  • Identify recurring AI strengths, weaknesses, and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Connect AI tools with Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion while maintaining reproducible documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be located in and authorized for contract work in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a technology-related business function involving operational problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Daily, hands-on professional experience using ChatGPT and/or Claude.
  • Experience creating or applying evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, content review guidelines, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent written English and strong documentation skills.
