Engineering Project Team Leader - Battery Management System (Electrification)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days per week. Domestic relocation is available. Travel is expected at 15% or less.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams developing and delivering Battery Management System solutions.
• Plan and maintain project schedules, budgets, resources, and forecasts.
• Coordinate hardware, software, systems, validation, and application engineering activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, critical issues, and resolution plans.
• Align engineering teams, suppliers, business partners, and leadership.
• Support product development from concept through production and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Extensive technical expertise and experience solving significant engineering challenges.
• Strong project and program management skills, including strategic planning and resource control.
• Experience building and leading teams without direct authority.
• Experience with requirements analysis and troubleshooting in manufacturing or product-management environments.
• Five-day onsite availability in Mossville, Illinois is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience leading electronic systems, embedded controls, or electrification development projects.
• Knowledge of Battery Management Systems, battery technologies, and electrical power systems.
• Experience as an NPI, L3, or cross-functional technical team lead.
• Experience with APQP, systems engineering, requirements management, validation, budgets, and resource planning.
