LOB Risk Expert - Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Risk

Location: In-office role based in Dallas, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland, United States

Base salary: $112,000–$228,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Establish and oversee risk strategies and management programs for lines of business within Corporate & Institutional Banking.
• Develop and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, and control expectations.
• Oversee execution of risk programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk identification and assessment with business stakeholders and Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Audit partners.
• Monitor risk appetite and KRI metrics, coordinate remediation plans, and identify emerging risks.
• Prepare risk and performance reporting, coordinate risk committee agendas and materials, and present findings to management and governance committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of risk management programs, operational risk, internal controls, organizational governance, and the financial services regulatory environment.
• Strong collaboration, decision-making, critical-thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
• Must work in-office in Dallas, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
