2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States. The program begins in June 2027 and requires legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $175,000 annually, pro-rated for the duration of the summer.

What you will do

• Complete comprehensive training in hirify.global Corporate & Investment Banking capabilities.
• Gain hands-on experience supporting corporate clients and their strategic objectives.
• Develop financial solutions related to capital raising, acquisitions, and other important transactions.
• Support strategic advice, client relationship development, transaction execution, and risk management.
• Work with experienced professionals, colleagues, and clients across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• MBA student expecting to graduate in May or June 2028.
• 3+ years of prior work experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas, manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively in a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
