What you will do

• Establish the Trading Services team by developing a people strategy and managing recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and clients to define roadmaps for industry-leading in-house tooling.
• Directly manage senior members of the trading team to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily operations and make real-time decisions aligned with sporting calendars, including evenings and weekends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their priorities are embedded in operations.
• Design and deliver key risk reporting and dashboards to translate complex data into strategic insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in an operational environment, with a strong preference for the sports betting sector.
• Proven ability to manage operational teams in high-stakes, fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project and program management capabilities to drive risk initiatives.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
