Non-Compete/Trade Secrets Attorney

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in unfair competition and trade secret matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities, investigations, and court conferences.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Work with clients, governmental agencies, opposing counsel, and the Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group on nationwide matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Texas law license in good standing, maintained throughout employment.
• At least 6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong non-compete and trade secret litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
