Senior Proposal Writer (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Write, edit, and format proposal responses for strategic opportunities.
• Review and maintain existing RFP question-and-answer content.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals using plans, schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and reviews.
• Understand hirify.global platform functionality and craft responses aligned with client strategies and priorities.
• Interpret prospects’ technical questions and provide direct, accurate responses.
• Review responses and constructively support internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least five years of proposal industry or technical writing experience.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and support internal technology adoption.
• Strong problem-resolution, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes in direction or priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Proposal or writing experience in the healthcare IT sector.
• Experience using a cloud-based RFP proposal response platform.
