Proposal Specialist / Technical Writer, US Government Markets (TS SCI)

What you will do

• Author responses to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and other business opportunities.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle and deliver complete technical, cost, pricing, and schedule content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear materials for different audiences.
• Create persuasive content highlighting products, capabilities, and customer solutions.
• Maintain proposal templates and the content library while coordinating with Business Development, Product, Mission Management, engineering, and contracts stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work within tight and concurrent deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience writing, drafting, and editing proposals for US government or sophisticated aerospace and defense customers.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, work independently, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance or willingness to attain the clearance.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets.
