Senior Project Manager (Payments)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Manage implementation workstreams across build, onboarding, migration, certification, testing, integration, operational readiness, cutover, and go-live preparation.
• Maintain workstream plans aligned with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical-path activities, and the integrated program schedule.
• Coordinate delivery across hirify.global, partner platforms and services, clients, vendors, technical teams, and other third parties.
• Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and blockers through structured RAID management and escalate material concerns.
• Provide data-driven status reporting and maintain documentation, traceability, testing evidence, approvals, and phase-gate records for governance and audit readiness.
• Support change control, scope management, stakeholder alignment, action reviews, and delivery checkpoints.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing technology, payments, banking, acquiring, processing, or financial services delivery projects.
• Experience with Agile environments and an active PMP certification.
• Strong skills in project planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, reporting, change control, governance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the role requires at least 3 days in the Bogota office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled project management capabilities for planning, automated reporting, meeting summaries, action tracking, risk identification, dependency tracking, and delivery governance.
