Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do
- Develop and execute the AI product strategy for the Small and Medium Business Card segment.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development.
- Align AI initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product strategy and management, especially for AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Leadership, communication, collaboration, and complex data analysis skills.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience in financial services and the SMB segment is highly desirable.
- An advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
