OnCall Site Reliability Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. Remote workplace, with office and hybrid arrangements also available. Relocation support is provided for moves to company hubs.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain system health, availability, and performance.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot infrastructure issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve and optimize systems.
• Create and maintain incident response and system maintenance documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations providing 24/7 support.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in DevOps or system administration.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Vector, Opsgenie, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
