Payment Analyst - German Speaking (Clinical Payments)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 79,000–146,700 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end investigator and site payment coordination for assigned clinical studies.
• Calculate payments, create and manage purchase orders, and process payment requests according to clinical trial agreements.
• Track payment communications, approvals, metrics, reconciliations, and required actions across relevant systems.
• Act as a liaison among Contract & Centralized Services, GCO teams, business partners, and clinical trial sites.
• Support new study startup activities, system rollouts, data quality checks, and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain audit readiness, compliance, accurate records, and timely escalation of payment concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and German is required.
• 1–3 years of experience or equivalent competencies in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Working knowledge of PCs and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Previous experience with clinical payment processing.
• Additional language skills.
