System and Data Analyst (AI/LLM)

Location: Any European country with an hirify.global location; hybrid work options are available for most positions. Periodic travel to European sites is required.

Salary: €47,600–€76,160 gross per year.

What you will do

• Partner with European site leaders to turn operational bottlenecks into data-driven improvement projects using historical, real-time, and predictive analytics.
• Identify, prototype, and deploy LLM and generative AI solutions for reporting, maintenance-log queries, unstructured data summarization, and internal productivity copilots.
• Digitalize Managing Daily Improvement processes into standardized workflows and scalable enterprise IT solutions.
• Translate business needs into IT specifications, data architectures, and process improvement solutions.
• Design and deliver interactive, gamified training on business intelligence tools and AI capabilities.
• Build a European knowledge hub through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong Google Workspace and Google AppSheet experience for low-code/no-code app and workflow development.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs; Python experience is preferred for AI/LLM work.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory; willingness to travel periodically to European sites is required. A university degree in a quantitative or related field is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with R, Java, or Google Apps Script.
• Fluency in French or German.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
