Client Operations Intern (Finance)

Location: Onsite in the Kansas City, Missouri office, United States. The 10-week program runs from June 2 to August 6, with work scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Employees are required to work in the office according to a scheduled frequency.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

What you will do

• Complete a structured training program focused on direct-to-consumer finance.
• Develop knowledge of Personal Financial Solutions and Client Operations, including client-facing and back-office functions.
• Provide transactional and service support to internal and external clients.
• Apply research, problem-solving, and online resource skills independently.
• Collaborate with business partners and leaders across the firm and participate in team and department meetings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Passion for gaining experience in the finance industry and learning about client relationships and support.
• Interest in pursuing full-time opportunities after graduation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
• Demonstrated client focus, accountability, collaboration, curiosity, adaptability, and competitive drive.

Nice to have

• Current junior or senior undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a related field.
