Sr. BI Analyst (Data Engineering)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data products, data flows, scalable data pipelines, and reporting solutions for supply chain and business stakeholders.
• Help establish the new hirify.global Data Platform and its Databricks-based data foundation.
• Translate supply chain and operations needs into reliable technical data solutions.
• Ensure accessible, high-quality data across key supply chain information domains.
• Build reporting and analytics solutions with Power BI and related technologies.
• Contribute hands-on Databricks expertise and help strengthen the team's data engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with Databricks data transformation and engineering.
• Experience developing data pipelines with Databricks and/or Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and analytics solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions from source systems to business consumers.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Data modelling expertise.
• Experience managing dashboard and reporting portfolios.
• Project prioritization experience in agile environments.
