We are looking for a Junior/Junior+ LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist 🚀

💼 Responsibilities:

— Build and maintain outreach databases on LinkedIn
— Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (manual and automated: Sales Navigator, Linked Helper 2)
— Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
— Maintain reports in Google Sheets
— Create and update marketing materials
— Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
— Join client calls together with the sales team in an observational role
— Effectively engage and build relationships with potential clients, contributing to business development

🧠 Requirements:

— 6+ months of experience in Lead Generation
— Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach tools and strategies
— Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building outreach databases
— Experience in running lead generation experiments, analyzing results, and implementing the most effective approaches
— Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
— English — B2 — Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native
— Residence outside Russia & Belarus

💫 Nice to have:

— Experience with email outreach or other cold lead generation channels
— Understanding of the IT / Web Development market and its specifics
— Previous experience targeting Western markets (US, UK, EU)
