Residential Energy Auditor

Location: Remote - Massachusetts; field-based around Boston, MA with travel throughout a defined territory

Salary: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct residential energy audits and energy-efficiency re-audits.
• Install energy-efficient equipment and perform pre- and post-installation verifications.
• Collect technical data and document inspection results, customer interactions, and contractor interactions.
• Represent local programs and the company on site with residential customers and contractors.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions according to client specifications.
• Travel throughout the defined territory and support Account Managers with energy-efficiency retrofit and new-construction initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Must meet applicable DOT requirements and transportation regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Nice to have

• OSHA-10 certification.
