Manager, Client Teams, UK

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Run client business day to day, executing strategies and ensuring accurate, punctual billing and administration.
• Distil client briefs and work with Account Directors and Business Directors to develop effective strategies.
• Lead client relationships and drive performance across online and offline media channels.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of junior team members.
• Collaborate with departments, creative agencies, and directors to deliver client results.

Requirements

• Experience in client services, media planning, or media investment.
• Strong understanding of media channels, media planning processes, and media effectiveness.
• Ability to analyse client sales and consumer data and understand marketing environments.
• Strong verbal communication, leadership, organisation, and initiative.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in proprietary and industry tools and processes.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
