What you will do
- Create coding tasks and reproducible environments with reference solutions.
- Debug and fix complex software issues.
- Implement features and optimize existing code.
- Refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.
- Document technical solutions and reasoning.
- Review and validate code submissions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
- Experience with debugging, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
