Senior Rust Engineer

Location: Remote

Availability: approximately 15 hours per week. Contractor role with output-based compensation per approved task.

What you will do

• Create coding tasks and reproducible environments with reference solutions.
• Debug and fix complex software issues.
• Implement features and optimize existing code.
• Refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Document technical solutions and reasoning.
• Review and validate code submissions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and software engineering.
• Experience with debugging, feature development, refactoring, and optimization.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
